About Us
GEM’s team of assistants has over 17 years’ experience in various fields of law and financial sectors in very prestigious companies within the city of London. We have been involved in a huge amount of client liaison; working directly with clients on their deals and building a good rapport with them. Our work has always been time sensitive and the requirement to prioritise essential; necessitating the need to work under our own initiative and as part of a team. We have overseen numerous projects from implementation to resolution and been involved in troubleshooting, product development and IT training for new software packages.
Over the years, we have covered all aspects of office procedure – from diary management and document production, to organising teams of professionals within busy departments – all of which has given us the confidence and background knowledge to establish GEM. We love a challenge and take pride in our work, however small the task.
Richard Slater (Company Director) – I have many years experience working in the investment banking sector dealing with corporate clients and high powered individuals. Customer focus and client management are my core areas and I pride myself in the rapport I have with all my clients which I have gained by always going that extra mile and listening to their needs.
I have excellent organisational skills due to my service in the military and take pride in my work and everything I do.
I am experienced in both product development and project management and enjoy getting my teeth into problems and finding solutions.
